Default Cannot create ActiveX component in asp.net 2.0

Hellow, I'm trying to print an excel file on the client side.

I click on a button and then it should open excel but nothing happens and i get the error from "Cannot create ActiveX component"

can anybody help me

   I could be wrong, I'm fairly new to .net 2. But I think you can only create activex components on the server side and not the client side.
