i'm going to write a program that works like a timer.it means i want to run a program automatically every week.so I need to run a test all the time and if the condition becomes true then program should be run.how can i test if the condition is true or false without openning any page on my site?some thing like a calender that announces alarams in certain times.would you please help me?
