Syntax for Populating Variables

Hi

I have populated a datatable with my database content but rather than binding the datatable with a list control I am looking to just bind individual columns to variables.

I am creating an email template and using the contact details from my database to populate the relevant fields. In this circumstance too I donât need to loop through the datatableâs rows as only 1 record is being returned.

Could someone help me with the syntax to achieve this?
