CreateUserWizard problem with custom step

Hi,
I have created a custom step within a CreateUserWizard. This step contains its own validation control which work fine when run when I run the wizard starting at this step. But when I run the CreateUserWizard from the beginning it dosnt perform the validation and dosnt even show the last step ("Complete")

Any help would be much appreciated
