Default treeview: top down and bottom up approach

i have a table like
master Child
PA A1
A1 A11
A1 A12
PA A2
PB A3
PB A12

I WANT TO DISPLAY TREEVIEW in asp.net 2.0 IN FOLLOWING MANNER:

PA
  A1
    A11
    A12
  A2
PB
  A3
  A12

and

A11
  A1
    PA
  PB
A12
  A1
    PA
A2
  PA
A3
  PB
