Default Get selected values from ListBox to DetailsView

Hello i have 2 ListBoxes SpelareVal and SpelareValda in SpelareVal.
I pick 9 diffrent player from an db and sort them in teamorder in SpelareValda. From there i want to put them all into an DetailsView to add some results and other things i put in db Resultat.

Shall i start to add ID and player in db Resultat an then pick them up in My DetailsView or can a first get them in the DetailsView and add all result, played series and so on, and after that add the post in db?

Gert
