Default Store ? in Oracle9i using asp.net web form

Hi,
I'm using Oracle9i with NLS_LANG = American NLS_CHARACTERSET = UTF8 NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET =UTF8. Also have table with column as nvarchar2(2000). When I insert chinese character from the web form , stores ? and displays the same. I tried to do the same using ASP, but still not able to insert chinese from form. The strange part was that when I insert chinese thro' insert query using sql navigator it inserts fine and displays correctly in asp web page and as junk characters in asp.net web page.

Where and what could be wrong. pls help. Looking forward for a reply.

Thanks.

Regards,

abc
