Default Stress on Web Service.

Hi i am Considering a webservice to be Deployed on the Internet and I would like to know what all the issues i need to consider about Regarding Stress to The application.

What al the issues i need to consider about and how to solve the Problems regarding stress on that applicatons.

Web Links are welcome.The application is developed in c#.
