How to show the Active Status Box?

Hi all,

How I can show the Active Ststus Box like this below

All the information in the info is fetched from the database
and when the mouse is over the info it will popup the Active Ststus box which show the information about the same.
Well its all in ASP.NET 2.0 with C#
