Almost.
The Stored Procedure returns Scope_Identity to the function in the business object. Scope_Identity has the most recent ID of the record that was just inserted.
The your function catches the value in a ReturnValue parameter and then returns it to the calling code. Look at the example I pointed you to. It shows *exactly* how to do this.
