can anyone tell me where is physical application address

I don't understand what you're asking. Can you explain your question in more detail? What "physical application address"?

Within page code you can call this:

MapPath("~/mypage.aspx")

and it will resolve the page to the physical path. For example:

c:\inetput\wwwroot\myapplication\mypage.aspx

Is this what you are looking for?
