I have a high end website where about 4000 users log in. The problem is that users' sessions keep timing out very fast despite the Session timeout being set to 20mins. I discovered this also affects other websites on the same machine.
I have tried everything.
Im assuming your on forms auth here, I think you need to configure the timeout on the appropriate web.config file ...
If this is already so, check your login url and login path in the web.config, they are pretty finickey sometimes.
