Default application config

can I configure my web application so that the default page is accessible to all and other pages the security is applied to them .
note:
I 've used windows authentication with configured active directory of windows server 2003..

I mean in web.congig is like this :
<authentication mode="windows"/>
<authorization>
<allow roles="domain\r"/>
<deny users="*"/>
</authorization>
So how can I make these configurations applied to some pages so that the othe pages becomes accessible to any one.
