Default Sumit form without Browser.

Hi All,
I wish to submit a form to a web site and retrieve the response without using a browser.
I hope to do this in a windows service in order to synchronize data with a third party provider.
Can anyone provide some guidance on where to start with this??

Any pointer will be much appreciated.

Rod
