Week of Year

Hi,
good morning to every kind programmer reading my topic.
can i know how to get the week of year in asp.net 2.0?
for example,
1/1/2007 is week 1 of the year and
today is 04/06/2007(dd/mm/yyyy) is week 23 of the year.
do you have any solution to get this?
please reply me ASAP.
