upload a file to sharepoint

Does anyone have any VB or C# code to upload a file to sharepoint with ASP.NET?

Thanks, This is very helpful. however I am having trouble call the SPsite class (e.g. Dim site As SPWeb = New SPSite(destUrl).OpenWeb())

I thought it was part of the system.object but its is not recognized. Any ideas?
