Mpx files to Mpp files

In a folder I have a list of MPX files, I have to read those files and save it as an MPP files, I have to perform this task by coding and not by opening a MPX file and then click file and then saveas to MPP.
I doubt whether I could read the files in the folder one by one through coding and save it as filename.MPP extension.

Can any one help me.
