Could any body plz tell me how can i use load balancing using some software(without any special hardware requirements) in .net application.
Plz tell me the steps required or any sample project.

Load balancing is a function of the server. Windows Server has load balancing technology built into it. Google for and you should be able to find lots of articles on how to set it up.

Correction: Load balancing can be achieved with certain server technologies (like Windows Server) or with hardware based systems.
