problem in inserting data in gridview

hello all,

i have a gridview in which i have 2 columns.1 column has checkboxes which im taking a template column.the other column has a list of names.suppose im selecting 1 checkbox.after selecting that checkbox the value of that selected row should be inserted in database.how will i do that.can anybody please help me in 15 minutes?
