I want to have a "controlling mechanism" like that p2p forum has: each registrating user recieve a mail (SmptMail?) with a link to click on and COMPLETE the registration.

1. Where can I find documents on details of this subject? a similar sample code will be a godsend.

2. I can not add CAPTCHA control to VWD toolbox, can u help me?
