Default Converting Classic Asp to Asp.Net 2.0

Can anyone please tell me how can i convert my asp project into asp.net 2.0 .Actually i have already used 2 tools one is asp2aspx and another is upgradeasp, but all in vain .i have also searched google for this but unfortunatly could't found anything .So please give me some idea

Because of the significant differences in architecture, you can't really just "convert" a set of asp pages into an ASP.NET application. Most often the best approach is to re-write the application.
