Export Membership Profile Data

I am new to .Net2 and have started using the Profile and Membership system to gather user information at Registration using the CreateUserWizard control.. I need to be able to export this data from my SQL Express DB in excel format..

It is being stored in an awkward fashion in the ASP Membership tables..
