Hello,
     I am developing a shopping cart application in ASP.NET and C#. In the Products page i want to add a functionality so that whenever the user clicks on the product_image the image should open in a pop-up window. i thought of using Window.open() in the onclick event of that image. Can you suggest how i should implement that , how i should get and pass the imageurl in the new pop-up window.

If you use window.open() just use a query string value in the URL parameter of the window.open() method so something like:

window.open('productImage.aspx?pid=<value>');
