I want to make file Upload Control read only that's why no one can
edit file upload text box. User can select files only with Browse..
button. Any how is it possible. Please help me

I think, U want to validate the file path.am i correct?.
you can do with file existing.
In edit Mode, you have to show the link button to view the file.

yes, basically I want that user select only with browes button. not go to the text box and write anything with.

In a similar way you should handle other events which u want to block like Mouse events.

In this case, copy - paste thru mouse will still work !!
