Default Cross Page Post Back problem

Hi All

I have gridview having one column as link button on page1.aspx. linkbutton's url is page2.aspx. how can I pass the argument to page2

So in fact arguments are passed to page2 but you have to read them in page_load or page_init.

if you are using grid view then take hyperlink filed as last columns and redirect it to edit page e.g

<asp:HyperLinkField HeaderText="Edit" SortExpression="ABC" DataNavigateUrlFields="IDField"

DataNavigateUrlFormatString="~/edit.aspx?IDField={0}">
