Default XmlDocument SqlType.Xml

How would I go by inserting an XmlDocument to a stored procedure that takes an xml type as one of the parameter?

I know I can just pass it a string but how would I convert XmlDocument to string?

lol i found out 5 min after i posted this question...Using XmlReader and passing a StringBuilder or string in the Create method.
