Hi...In my application i have login page.When i give wrong credentials,it is verifying and showing message "wrong user name/password".

Thats fine.But if i give correct credentials,it is showing message "your session time out.Please login again".

i am unable to login in to my application.Moreover my code is working fine at my Local machine.But this problem is coming only at live server.


What will be the problem..i checked all my code.....plz give me any suggestion regarding this issue...

Please elaborate on the following:
- Tell us more about the live server environment.
- Are you using forms authentication?
- How are you testing for a timed out session (that is not a message that ASP.NET generates automatically so you must be checking something)?

The problem u are facing some days back i had the same problem in my application....
It comes due to couple of reason....
1) Antivirus software program that chages ur either web.config file or global.asax file

2)Somebody is in ur team try a bit on the same file in the program while your application is in running mode....

Well this is only the reason what i know ....It may be helpful for u....
