Default Confermation messege problem

hi,

Can anyone help me to use conformation message.My problem is...

im checking insert numbers sequence. User can add 1,2,3,4,5 and without add 6 he can add 7.
so that time i want to show messege to user " Your entering number not correct sequence".(Yes/No messege).
 If user click "YES" number should save in Database and checking my next method.
But User click "NO" i dont want to stop. It should check my next Method.
thankyou all

Im in trouble to do this. Please let me know anyone did like this confermation messege using C#,Javascript or any.

You can write RegExp in javascript function which shows confirmation message with return value true / false. you then associate (add attribute) to button. That's all
