Default How to set asp page resolution

I have created aspx pages using master pages. So now i checked my webpages changing my machine resolutions. Now it srolling and its not beautifull.
Can anyone tell " how to fixed pages height and width for all resolutions".
If there no method to do it , what is the best way to follow to my pages.

People use their browsers differently and you can't force them to run your site at a given resolution. My experience has been that the best you can do is design your pages to flow nicely and accept/expect that they will scroll.
