Default Show the control to first user who visits for the day

In my form there is a label control,
which has to be shown only to the first user who visits for that day

can it be done with out using Application object Count

awaiting for suggestions

Some how you need to store this first user for the day in a common place(beyond the sessions). So if you dont want it to be in application variables(still i feel application variables is the right choice), you can use Db to persist that informaion or you can use a file based approach to save that information.

You may use Static variables also(for c-sharp)
