Default login control

Dear All
I'm working with visual studio2005 and I'm trying to have a login form using login control.my login control should connect to database and compare the username and passwrod with the ones that are in my DB. Is there any one who can help me to do like that.

Hi there,

I am not sure what you are asking here. First of all, this is an ASP.NET 3.5 forum, while Visual Studio 2005 deals with .NET 2.0

That said, are you aware of the built-in ASP.NET security features that make this process extremely simple: http://quickstarts.asp.net/
