(Chapter 6) applying user-selected theme in IE7
This may be a silly problem, but I can't get IE to apply the user changes from the drop down. I've now realised that it works just fine in any other browser I've tried (Opera, FF) but in IE it just posts back without changing anything.
Do you have any recommendations about which settings in IE I could have have messed up or missed? I now have it set to accept all cookies and nothing else is jumping out at me as something to change.
Thanks

Hi there,
Can you please post messages related to the book in the book's own forum (under the Books category)? That way it's easier to track for other readers as well.
That said, is the page maybe cached? What happens when you press Ctrl+F5 in IE (not VWD) or clear the browser cache?

Sorry, I was thinking 'ASP.NET 3.5 Beginner' = 'Beginning ASP.NET 3.5". Doh.
Nothing seemed to work. I tried refreshing, ctrl+f5ing, clearing the cache etc. etc. In the end I had to reset all the settings/options and it works now. Not sure what setting wasn't right or why everything worked up to that point.
Thanks for responding though. :)
