I am new in designing and .net 3.5.

This forum isn't really designed to provide people with specs of systems or even to supply you in detail with how to build said system(s). If you have a more specific, programming related question, I am sure one of the many members would be happy to help you.

Dear Gattu,

I have designed such system in the past, albeit in C++ & VB. I can share the ideas with you, not the code. I can share the ideas on DB design and the front end. You can reply back on this post if you want to discuss. . You also know the my mail id. Or do you want me to host the payroll system.
