Question impersonation & web config

Hi,
I have a setup page for my website where each client enters db info etc on intial setup of site. I need to set the username & password for impersonation at this point & not to the windows identity, how can I amend this section of the web config? I've done the app settings & connection string, I just need to do this last bit so any help would be gratefully received.
Louisa
