Default How to modify the registration proccess

Hi there

i was thinking if there is a way to modify the aspnet.db to add aditional columns so users can register theyr address, mobile,...
so i tryed and i was able to add new colunms but when i went to modify the createuserwizard i got an error (txtName is not declared.....)

i use VS2008 and SQL2005 , is there a way to modify the creatuserwizard control so i can add new controls,@parameters?

What im trying to do is to present users whith a webform to register where they can enter theyr address not just email, password.
if that is not posible with createuserwizard who else can i do that.

thanks

Hi there,

You can take a look at my book ASP.NET 2.0 Instant Results that has a whole chapter discussing the "Wrox Blog", a simple and easy to use and embed blogging system: http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...471749516.html

The chapter is also available as an e-book: http://www.wrox.com/WileyCDA/WroxTit...470261218.html

Although the book uses ASP.NET 2.0, you'll find that all concepts can still be used as-is in .NET 3.5

Cheers,

Imar
