Default How to upload the database on the server ?

Dear Imar Sir,
I have designed a website only with the guidance of your book. Every thing is working fine on server except databse. Actully I bought a hosting package on windows platform which supports sql server 2008. I have designed the website on visual studio 2008. I contacted the hosting company reg. uploading database to server they replied me as follws

"Hi,

first create db in your panel

than create user name and assign that user to your dbname

use mssql2008 to connect to my sql server"

I could not understand please help me. I shall be very thankful for this kind act.
