I have sucessfully installed it on windos 7 premium version but i am unable to it on my windos 7 home version. Please provide detail informations.

A lot of the features are not available on Basic. What are you trying to accomplish and where does it fail?

You may want to read the article I linked to again. It says:

ASP.NET, Windows 7 Home Basic and Starter Editions: Unavailable

I think the "Unavailable" says it all ;-)

You need to upgrade your OS or host your site elsewhere.
