Hello friends can anyone tell me best way to send the SMS from dotnet ...

You need to subscribe to a service to do this. Whatever service you use should have documentation for their API.

thanks for reply ...

i used smsicq.dll file for that but porblem is ICQ does not provide sms service for India.

if i use GSM modem then wht will be the process? can u tell me pls.
