Default Help on contentplace holders

I have a master page with two place holders. In a pagethat inherits the master page, the first placeholder holds a menu control
the second holds a user control, I am trying to send the value of the menu that is clicked to the placeholder that holds the user control through the
click event handler of the menu control. But it appears that the
two controls in different place holders cannot see each other

I appreciate any help, thank you...

Hi ysfkay,

Use the FindControl method to locate the user control in the placehonder and then communicate with the usercontrol from the master page.

Cheers
