How to Create Report that user should design at runtime?

Hi All,
Here I have a task that I need to create such type of an application where my software user will be able to create (Design) his own report at the run time. That is he will design his report layout, set his fields & its position, Space etc, when the application will run. Finally user will be able to get the report as he designed by himself.

I am using Visual Studio 3.5 and SQL Server 2005.

The Reports will be in Local Mode Processing.

If you can tell me something I shall be obliged to you.
