sharepoint 2013

Hello,
I've just bought "Beginning SharePoint 2013 Development", and I read about auto hosted app, but when I tried to develop and deploy an autohosted app solution, I received a message: autohosted app are not available anymore :)

I consider, this part from book should be removed.
