Default Abstract class vs Interface

I want some real world example in VB code for explaining as to where to choose interface or abstarct class.

Well, J# is only CLI -complaint implementation of java. Its compiler is provided by Microsoft. It has been discontinued. Last version was shipped with VS2005. It will continue till 2015.
