Default Looking for windows web hosting..

Was wondering if anyone know a good and reliable Windows hosting. I had a PHP 5 web host but since im learning ASP.NET i think it would be interesting to get a web host that offer both technologies since this summer i am gonna work on some projects. I am looking for something like this :

- Up to 8$ per month.
- Windows Server 2008
- 1GB of space min.
- 10GB of bandwidth min.
- MS SQL Database 2008 (at least 1 but more would be a plus) + I need remote access.
- MySQL 5 Databases (at least 3)
- ASP.NET 4 support with AJAX and MVC 1, 2 support
- PHP 4/5 support
- Ruby On rails support (optional but would be cool)
- Plesk or DotNetPanel
- Fast server and nice support
- 99.9 uptime

If anyone know anything near this package, would be nice to know!
