No. There isn't any such control, but this isn't something that you can't create yourself. One thing that you need to note is that by default the SqlMembership provider doesn't require the e-mail to be unique between different users, so you might end up with multiple users using the same e-mail. Thus making it difficult to retrieve any specific username by e-mail.

If you want unique e-mails you will need to change web.config and make sure the requiresUniqueEmail attribute is set to true.
