Interesting Q&A, I would also like to add in case someone is preparing for an interview he should consider preparing for whiteboard or paper tests.
For example check out the programming aptitude tests on TestDome, they offer a great collection of interview preparation materials.
For ASP.NET position I would recommend trying out HTML, CSS and JS programming tests and for the back end C# coding tests.
