Default Problem with Server Extensions on Win2K

I am running Win2k Advanced Server. The extensions were working fine, then all of a sudden I couldn't install them on a new website. I uninstalled and re-installed them and it's still not working. When I click on Configure Server Extensions it doesn't do anything.

Any ideas?!?
