Default Global.asa files on 2003 Server...
Hello and good day. I think I must have hit just about all of the 2003 Server issues now, just when you think...

My global.asa file is not being recognized at all. I have been looking high and low inside IIS and can not find anything related.

Has anybody come across this one?

Did you place the file in the root of a Web site or Virtual Directory?

And are you sure the global.asa doesn't contain any errors? Maybe it is recognized, but not firing the events correctly....

Hi Imar

I thought I created the virtual directory, it turns out I didnt. All is well now - thanking you. I have had a few 2003 server related problems recently (remote DB connection mainly), thought there may be a global.asa related issue along with all the others.
