When installing code examples of professional asp.net 1.0
just-in-time debugging window is coming up with message like
"system.security.securityexception" occured in ieexec.exe"
please help me.

The downloadable code for this book on the site has chapter 22 missing.

Moreover, the setup.exe application included to install the samples refers to "nmake", which throws an "unknown application" error in DOS throughout the procedure even though VS.NET is installed.

Also, is SQL Server required to use the IBuyAdventure sample?
