how can we off php run times notices and warnings like
that
Notice: Undefined index: sa in e:\inetpub\wwwroot\jewelers\admin\add_ring.php on line 82

Notice: Undefined index: sb in e:\inetpub\wwwroot\jewelers\admin\add_ring.php on line 84

turn it off in ur php.ini

i did this

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE

on your page you can do this:
error_reporting(0);
