Mail code

Hi all,
I'm using IIS and php,
I need a code for sending mail,
But i think i try using normal code it's giving error for me,
please tell me the way how to, and the iis smtp setting also

ini_set("SMTP","mail.domain.com");

and just type
mail(...,...,...,...);

when u trying to send mail from localhost you may get error like below:
mail(): SMTP server response: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for....

but I think it is perfect when you upload your script.
